OUR WORK
Mobility Service Device
The Mobility Service Devices program by the Spinal Injury Association of Fiji is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with spinal injuries and physical disabilities by providing personalized assessment, fitting, and provision of mobility devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters. Participants also learn how to use and maintain their devices effectively, promoting independence and safety. Additionally, this program will engage in community outreach and advocacy efforts to raise awareness about physical disabilities and advocate for improved accessibility and inclusion within the community.
Outreach & Awareness
Through our outreach programs, we aim to raise awareness and promote accessibility and inclusivity, and empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives.
Peer to Peer
The peer-to-peer program at SIA Fiji aims to provide emotional, social, and practical support to individuals with spinal cord injuries and physical disabilities by connecting them with others who have experienced similar challenges. This initiative helps foster community, resilience, and empowerment among members.
